Feeling very disappointed. I have the triple battery dual motor bike. After 4000km the front motor broke. Their previous sales representative Victor wasted almost 2 months of my time without putting any effort to solve the problem. Always said "I must ask the engineer" without actually asking or doing anything meaningful.
When Victor was replaced, their customer service was improved but it still took a very long time and so much effort to convince them that the motor is broken and that it must be replaced. Finally, they agreed it was broken and decided to send me a new one for free, but I still had to cover the expensive Air freight.
After almost 3 months with a broken motor, the replacement arrived, but I found it was broken during shipping and unusable. Other items were heavily scratched.Incredibly frustrating. Right now their freight forwarder is supposedly performing an investigation, but there is no sign of it when I asked UPS. I will update again when there is more informatio
